More Birthday Party Photos!

A Spring snow - and Adam is now 4 weeks!

Spring came in beautifully with 70 degrees on Saturday... then on Monday, we had a few hours of snow and tiny sleet! Jeff and Caleb went "clumping, clumping" to the stream and around the woods!

Tuesday when Emily and Eric came to get Caleb, Adam got to play on the floor a few minutes while waiting! He grins readily and is a happy baby! Hard to believe he's only been here 4 weeks. Seems like he's always been part of our lives!

Needed a picture of the brothers together! Caleb is doing a good job supporting Adam!

Right before Mom's party got started, a pair of woodpeckers flew into our picture window. One was momentarily stunned and flew off, the other (seen here) was shocked for several minutes! Bennett picked him up from the ground where he was spread eagle and noted his heart was still beating. He held him a while until he regained his balance and dignity!
After several minutes, the woodpecker took off into the trees again! I did have to wash the window where they had rammed into it! The bird can be seen about halfway down this picture.

This movie was taken after everyone else left Mom's party! Won't be long until he's rolling over and sitting up!

Mom's Birthday Bash

Jeff's folks from Clover came up for the day! Nancy and Olivia have a special Easter basket for Caleb to unpack!

Leesa gets a chance to hold Adam too... he was passed around for 2 hours and never woke up!

Seeing that the carrot cake was all gone except for crumbs, Eric took it outside and finished off the good parts! Trent is keeping him in line looks like!
The last guest has gone and Jeff, Emily and Adam relax on the front porch.

It was a great afternoon with almost 30 friends dropping by! What fun!
