A day with Caleb!

Caleb and I went to the Hendersonville Mall today to play. We visited a couple of stores, but Caleb really wanted to go ride the cars and trucks! You can see how excited he is about driving!

Memories from our summer beach trip

These are some of my favorite pictures from the summer of 2008 -
I'll begin in May when we visited Edisto Beach, SC.

Caleb received a book about lighthouses that played "This Little Light of Mine".

It even had a fog horn sound and a light that flashed!
Emily and Eric celebrated their 3rd anniversary while we vacationed...

Mid-week we visited with the Freeman's in Beaufort...

All the guys went fishing, but Eric caught "the BIG one!" - a 30 pound cobia.

Wayne and Brenda treated us to a real fish fry and cheese grits! Yummy!

Eric and Emily are kayaking out in the sound. Then Caleb gets a brief photo op!

But this is where he prefers to be... playing in a bucket of water on the beach - in his shelter!

Our first year of being grandparents has been great! We treasure this little gift from God!
